POLICIES
On your appointment day – If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. A phone call in advance is appreciated. Please note that we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.
Cancellations – If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us a day in advance. We also ask first-time clients to call the salon the day before their appointment to confirm they will still be coming.
Gratuities – All tips can only be accepted in cash and can’t be added to credit card payments.
Method of payment – We accept personal checks, cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Refunds are NOT available. If unsatisfied with any service, you may return within a week to have the same stylist fix it. Please note: fixes are for only when there is a stylist error and not when you change your mind and decide to do something different.

Face Coverings
Staff and Clients are required to wear face coverings at all times. We recommend disposable masks during your service.
Come Alone & On Time
Unless you require a companion for medical safety assistance, we do not have a waiting area available, so please do not arrive early for your appointment. If your stylist is running late, we will text to let you know to come later.
Stations & Physical Space
Stylists will have sanitized their chairs, tools, and station before your appointment.
We are not taking multiple clients at this time, so your chair is yours for the entire appointment.
Hand Sanitizer
We have hand sanitizer spread throughout the salon.
Schedule
We have extended our hours to accommodate our clients and meet the demand. Ask us for current hours.
Covid-19 Screening
Please make sure to consider all the related health questions in regard to COVID-19 before you attend your appointment. If your stylist believes you are not well, we have the right not to begin or end your service immediately.
